Improved execution of movements. Relaxing the body is essential to activate Pilates' core strength, stabilize the spine, oxygenate the muscles and contribute to correct posture. Deep breathing also reduces anxiety, decreases muscle pain, and improves performance during activity. Prevents the emergence of respiratory infections. Control over emotions improves: the mind becomes more alert, and the improvement in health and quality of life is visible. Breathing correctly, the immune system is strengthened, fighting respiratory diseases, migraines and poor digestion with ease; eliminating toxins is more efficient, and there is an improvement in disposition and well-being in general.
